Some common applications of a Pneumatic Press are: Compacting, Blanking, Extruding, Marking, Cupping, Peening, Deep Drawing, Flaring, Punching, Riveting, Notching, Cutting, etc. At KJN Enterprises, we have been manufacturing presses for more than 25 years.

Pressing Tonnage  : 50Kg to 5 Tonnes

Type of Frame        : C - Frame, Single Pillar, 2 - Pillar, 4 - Pillar

Type of Press         : Conventional, Tandem, Impact and Toggle.

Base Plate            : Any type of Base Plate Construction including T - Slot, Plain Holes, Threaded           Holes etc., can be                                        provided.

Controls           : Any type of Controls - Manual, Pneumatic, Electronic or Electro Pneumatic Controls can be provided for operation of         the press.

Additional Features: Ram non - rotation arrangement, Timers, Counters, limit/proximity switches etc., can also be provided.
