Turbine Vibrators Application:

This Turbine Vibrators has been designed for application in industrial settings. It is ideal for dislodging material from hooper (up to 2500 Kg capacity) bins and chutes and hence finds application in cement, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Since it requires no lubrication it is ideal for application in a dry area.

Turbine Vibrators Construction:

This Vibrators is simple in design and is inherently silent in operation. It operates in any orientation and has a sturdy construction which makes it maintenance free. It also requires no lubrication for its operation The inlet port is of 1/4" BSP(F) and exhaust is fitted with a silencer to reduce noise.

Ball vibrators use compressed air to push a steel ball around a raceway to produce rotary vibration. Ball vibrators can be mounted in any position and they can be fitted bolting on any patterns - so you can use it quickly and easily. Ball Vibrators are able to be used in high-temperature settings - up to 350 degrees! That's because we were able to eliminate the end-cover o-rings that melted down at 200 degrees. Ball Vibrators require lubrication for long, trouble-free operation. They can be mounted directly to the structure to be vibrated or they can be mounted with simple mounting plates for better vibration transfer.
